1. What RanRon Publisher is
RanRon Publisher is a private software tool operated by the owner of the RanRon Kids YouTube channel. It uploads, configures and schedules the channel's own videos through the YouTube Data API.
2. Who may use it
RanRon Publisher is for internal use by the RanRon Kids channel owner only. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, has no public sign-up, and may not be used to manage any other YouTube channel.
3. YouTube
RanRon Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Use of RanRon Publisher is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. All content published with the tool must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies, including the rules for content made for kids.
4. Privacy
How the tool accesses, stores and protects data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Revoking access
Google access granted to RanRon Publisher can be removed at any time at Google Account permissions.
6. No warranty
RanRon Publisher is provided as is, for the channel owner's own use, without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated if the tool changes. The date above shows the latest version.
